Character Voice Bible Template
Document once, keep every character consistent across 100+ episodes.
On a long-running series, character voice decisions get made once, by one person, and then re-made slightly differently by whoever handles episode 40. A Character Voice Bible turns a subjective judgment call into a documented, checkable reference.

What's Inside
Character Name & Show/Season
Full name as used in scripts/credits, plus the series and seasons this profile applies to.
Voice Description
A 2-3 sentence description a new reviewer could act on without guesswork.
Pitch & Pace
Low/Medium/High pitch and Slow/Medium/Fast pace, relative to other characters in the cast.
Emotional Range & Reference Lines
How the character expresses anger, humor, sadness — plus 1-2 exemplifying reference lines.
Fill out one row per principal character before your first episode goes into production, then attach the resulting Voice Profile ID to your voice cloning setup so every future episode pulls the same profile automatically.
Update the bible only through a documented change request — never silently, mid-season — and check new episodes against it as part of Category C (Voice & Emotion Fidelity) of the QA Engine Checklist.
