• No refunds for partial months or unused service

• You can cancel your subscription anytime

4. Content and Intellectual Property

• You retain all rights to your uploaded content
• You grant Echo9 a license to process your content to provide translation and dubbing services
• Our AI technology, platform, and features remain Echo9's intellectual property

5. Service Availability

• We strive for 99% uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
• We're not liable for service interruptions or data loss

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Upload content you don't have rights to
• Use the service to create misleading or deceptive content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our technology
• Violate others' intellectual property rights

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may close your account anytime.

8. Limitation of Liability

Echo9 is provided "as is." We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
